I hate most property management companies- but utopia has been a rare breath of fresh air. Maintenance requests are handled promptly (usually within 1-2 days for non emergencies) and other than that, they leave tenants in good standing alone. Which is what i look for in a property management company. The only time they have contacted me outside of a maintenance request was to let me know that a next door neighbor was having a large tree trimmed and that the company might need to briefly access the backyard during clean up- which i appreciated having the heads up so I could make sure my dog was out of the yard. I wish there wasnt a convenience fee when paying rent through the portal, but that is literally my only complaint. Otherwise they are great! ~ Molly

Utopia has been managing several of my properties for years. Melissa and Jason are the Best around. As a property owner, you are always going to come across issues with tenants and maintenance. Melissa is always very professional, has a positive attitude and is very upbeat even in stressful and difficult situations. She works 110% to take care of everything for me. Having had many rental properties for over 30 years, I can say that Utopia has been the best management company I have worked with.
